Very knowledgeable on all the bikes…no high pressure sales, gave me the information I needed to make my own decisions as to which bike to choose. Very happy all around. Made sure the seat height was perfect before I took my new bike home. Would highly recommend.

Peter and Doug are amazing at remembering my name and are able to quickly pull up on the computer the names and models of bikes I have purchased in the past which helps when purchasing replacement parts and tires.

I very much appreciated the communication from Matt in particular, as he looked through my bike and let me know his recommendations to get the bike up and running smoothly. He called me before doing any work, additionally he offered ways for me to group services together in order to save a few bucks over all. The conversation was simple and honest which I apprcieate. Not a “salesman” approach or anything like that. I felt that my bike was in good hands.
